Great time! Lovely couple! Held at the United Methodist Church in Laramie Wyoming. This is a very dramatic church with a roofline soaring way above the altar. I used a fisheye lens from the balcony to capture the height of the sanctuary. The bride was pushed by the groom in a wheel barrow from the church. Then they were surprised by a horse drawn surrey (bride's mom arranged for this) to take them to the reception hall. A successful "blind date!"

The rooms are taking shape now. The studio is going to be a nice size, and it has a large storage closet inside it. Bath is smaller than Jan wanted, but it's still going to be a nice guest bath/dressing room for the studio. The guest bedroom has two closets, so we can use one for 'off-season' clothes. Hope the mudding & taping start soon.

The framers finished this morning. Swept up and left. The electricans arrived about 4:00 and worked till after 7 P.M. Amazing how much they have done. All the wire is pulled for outlets and switches. Still have to do the 'high' work and low voltage-TV cable and phone. Moving along rapidly.

Drove over to Laramie Saturday to have our planning meeting with Donella & Brian for their wedding. Also, had the opprotunity to inspect the church and reception venues. The church is the First United Methodist--a very dramatic, tall church. It also has a huge, round stained glass window.
On Sunday, I shot a new baby for Lauren and Kevin. They are having lots of fun with this little guy. But Kevin will be even happier when he can start rolling around on the floor with him--just needs to wait several months.
